Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)

## Job Purpose

[Metro Associates is seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to oversee the day-to-day execution of construction activities for our high-rise residential/commercial tower projects in Malad East. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in high-rise RCC structures, excellent labor management skills, and a commitment to strict safety and quality standards.

## Key Responsibilities


* 

* Site Execution: Supervise and manage daily construction work on-site, specifically focusing on high-rise RCC structures, formwork (including modern systems like Mivan if applicable), brickwork, plastering, and finishing works.

* Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read, interpret, and execute layouts according to architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Ensure zero deviations from approved blueprints.

* Quality & Safety Control: Check and ensure the quality of materials used and work executed. Maintain safety compliance across the high-rise structure (safety nets, scaffolding checks, PPE adherence).

* Progress Tracking & Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), weekly checklists, and material consumption reports. Keep project managers updated on milestones.

* Labor & Contractor Management: Supervise on-site contractors, sub-contractors, and labor forces to ensure optimal productivity and timely completion of work.

* Material Management: Keep track of available inventory and raise timely indents for raw materials (cement, steel, concrete) to prevent any workflow disruptions.

## Candidate Requirements


* 

* Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

* Experience: 3 to 4 years of solid on-site experience exclusively working on High-Rise Tower projects.

* Location Preference: Nearby candidates living in or around Malad / Western Suburbs who can commute easily are highly preferred.

* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of high-rise construction methodologies, leveling instruments (Auto-level/Total Station), and basic computer skills (MS Excel).

* Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with laborers, contractors, and management.
