## Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative role based at our headquarters in Mumbai. You will drive business growth by managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

## Key Responsibilities


* Generate new leads through market research and cold outreach.

* Identify potential clients within target manufacturing and industrial sectors.

* Understand client needs to pitch relevant chemical products effectively.

* Negotiate pricing terms and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing and newly acquired accounts.

* Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.


## Job Requirements


* Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven track record in sales or business development.

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.

* Alternative Background: Graduates in Business, Marketing, or related fields are welcome if they possess direct experience working within the chemical industry.

* Core Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

* Work Style: Ability to work independently while being a strong team player. [1, 2] 


## Compensation & Benefits


* Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience).

* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

* Location: Mumbai (On-site).
