## 📋 Job Overview


* Position: Technical Project Manager

* Company: CredenTek Software & Consultancy Pvt Ltd

* Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)

* Working Days: Monday to Friday

* Salary: ₹18 LPA - ₹22 LPA

* Vacancies: 1

* Reports To: Delivery Head

* Service Commitment: Minimum 1-year service commitment bond upon joining company payroll.

## 💡 Key Requirements


* Experience: 8 to 10 years of overall IT experience.

* Banking Domain: Minimum 2–4 years of mandatory experience (preferably with exposure to banking projects).

* Team Leadership: Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience managing a team of 8–10 developers and testers.

* Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering OR MCA with a postgraduate diploma/degree from a reputed institution.

* Travel: Open to travel as per client requirements (Role is structured for male candidates due to specific travel mandates).

## 🛠 Technical Skills & Responsibilities


* Core Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with Core Java, J2EE, Microservices, Spring / Spring Boot, React, Hybrid/Mobile, and .NET.

* Frameworks & Databases: Struts/Spring, Hibernate, JPA, JDBC, Oracle Database, and MS SQL Database.

* Web Services & Tools: SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, Swagger, Postman, Eclipse, Tomcat, WebLogic/WebSphere, Git/SVN, and Maven.

* Management & Delivery: Perform effort estimations, lead task delegation, review code, and prepare/review project documentation.

* Client Interaction: Manage direct customer interactions and ensure the timely execution of projects.
