We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B corporate sales, specifically coming from a manufacturing background, to drive business growth and manage client relationships.

## Job Overview


* Position: Sales Manager – B2B

* Experience Required: 3 – 5 Years (Mandatory B2B Manufacturing Sales background)

* Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)

## Key Responsibilities


* Business Development: Identify and acquire new B2B clients, industrial buyers, and corporate accounts to expand the company's market presence.

* Client Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business.

* Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

* Lead Generation: Pitch company products, negotiate pricing/contracts, and close deals directly with manufacturing or corporate stakeholders.

* Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and feedback from the market to suggest product or strategy improvements.

## Candidate Profile


* Mandatory Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience specifically in B2B Industrial/Manufacturing Sales. Candidates from retail, BFSI, or unrelated service sectors will not be considered.

* Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

* Technical Understanding: Ability to understand technical product specifications and articulate their value proposition to industrial buyers.

* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
