Salary: Maximum ₹40,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee the complete manufacturing operations of our plant at Jhagadia. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for production, manpower management, quality assurance, safety, maintenance coordination, cost control, and statutory compliance to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities


* Manage day-to-day factory and manufacturing operations to achieve production targets.

* Plan and monitor production schedules in coordination with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

* Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and other resources.

* Monitor plant KPIs including production output, OEE, yield, rejection, and downtime.

* Maintain strict adherence to EHS, quality SOPs, and statutory/regulatory requirements.

* Handle manpower planning, shift management, discipline, and employee engagement.


Candidate Profile


* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering.

* 8–12 years of relevant experience in plant, factory, or manufacturing operations.

* Prior experience in pharma, chemical, or process manufacturing is preferred.

* Strong leadership, manpower management, and English communication skills.

* Candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Jhagadia, Bharuch are preferred.
