Pactech Solutions LLP is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth through sales coordination, field work, customer relationship management, and exhibition activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

• Develop and maintain customer relationships

• Manage sales coordination and follow-ups

• Conduct client meetings and business development activities

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales execution

• Handle end-to-end exhibition planning, coordination, and follow-up

• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and regular sales reports

• Track sales targets and support business growth initiatives

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Sales Coordination, or Client Relationship Management

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field

• MBA will be an added advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and presentation skills

• Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities
