* **ICU Team Lead (TL)**

* **Shifts:** All shifts | **Salary:** ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 CTC/month

* *Role:* Oversees daily ICU nursing operations, ensures adherence to critical care protocols, manages shift schedules, and handles emergency clinical situations.



* **Emergency Team Lead (TL)**

* **Shifts:** All shifts | **Salary:** ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 CTC/month

* *Role:* Manages the triage process, coordinates rapid response for trauma/acute cases, supervises ER staff, and maintains readiness of lifesaving equipment.



* **Resident Medical Officers (RMOs)**

* **Eligibility:** MBBS / BAMS / BHMS

* **Vacancies:** 1 Position (Wards) | 1 Position (ICU)

* **Shifts:** All shifts | **Salary:** ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 CTC (Wards) | ₹70,000 CTC (ICU) *(Dependent on qualification)*

* *Role:* Conducts patient rounds, responds to clinical emergencies, administers preliminary treatments, and coordinates care with consulting physicians.



* **HR Executive**

* **Shifts:** General shift | **Salary:** ₹30,000 CTC/month

* *Role:* Handles end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave records, payroll assistance, and staff queries.



* **Front Office (FO) Executive**

* **Shifts:** All shifts | **Salary:** ₹25,000 CTC/month

* *Role:* Greets patients, manages the reception and phone inquiries, handles registrations/admissions, and directs visitors.



* **Billing Executive**

* **Shifts:** All shifts | **Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC/month

* *Role:* Generates IPD/OPD bills, processes corporate & TPA insurance claims, resolves billing discrepancies, and manages daily financial clearances.



* **Staff Nurse (Ward, ICU, OT, NICU)**

* **Shifts:** All shifts | **Salary:** Up to ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC/month

* *Role:* Delivers direct bedside care, administers medications, assists doctors in procedures/surgeries, and maintains accurate clinical charts.
