## 🛠️ Job Description (Manufacturing HR Operations)


* Payroll Management: Overseeing end-to-end monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management for factory staff and workers.

* Statutory Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to labor laws, Factories Act, PF, ESIC, PT, and bonus disbursements.

* Employee Relations: Resolving grievances, managing worker-management relationships, and maintaining discipline on the shop floor.

* Contract Labour Management: Supervising external contractors, verifying compliance documents, and managing temporary workforce deployment.

* Onboarding & Exit: Managing complete joining formalities, induction, performance tracking, and full & final settlement processes.

* Daily HR Operations: Maintaining physical and digital employee records, drafting official letters, and coordinating with department heads.
