Department: Air freight 

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and market standards)

Job Summary

The AWB Executive is responsible for preparing and issuing Air Way Bills (MAWB/HAWB), ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with airlines, customers, and internal teams for the timely processing of air export shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue AWBs.

• Verify shipment and export documentation.

• Coordinate with airlines, customers, and overseas agents.

• Ensure compliance with IATA, Customs, and company procedures.

• Update shipment details in the system and maintain documentation records.

• Resolve documentation-related discrepancies and support timely cargo dispatch.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Air Export Documentation or Freight Forwarding.

Skills

• Knowledge of Air Export documentation and AWB procedures.

• Familiarity with IATA and Customs documentation requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
