**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month


### Job Overview


Namashkar Distributors & Couriers is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our Thane team. This role focuses on managing day-to-day data, handling management information systems (MIS), and ensuring seamless communication between vendors and clients.


> **Important Note:** This position strictly requires prior experience within the **Courier & Logistics** industry. Candidates from other industries will not be considered.


### Key Responsibilities


* **MIS Management:** Regular updating, maintaining, and managing accurate daily tracking and Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.

* **Client & Vendor Relations:** Serving as a primary point of contact for vendor and client communications, addressing inquiries, and handling queries efficiently.

* **Query Resolution:** Proactively tracking shipments, identifying delays or bottlenecks, and resolving delivery issues to ensure high client satisfaction.

* **Coordination:** Working closely with the operations team to streamline logistics data flow.


### Required Skills & Qualifications


* **Experience:** 2–3 years of proven operational/MIS experience specifically within the **Courier, Cargo, or Logistics** sector.

* **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and handling large data sets/MIS reporting.

* **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English** for standard emailing and telephonic coordination.

* **Problem-Solving:** Quick thinker with the ability to manage stressful customer or vendor queries effectively.
