**CTC:** ₹5.5 LPA – ₹10 LPA

**Experience:** 2 – 8 Years


## Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented National Sales Manager to lead sales operations for our Livestock Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution networks, managing channel partners, and developing business opportunities across the livestock and animal nutrition sector.


## Key Responsibilities


### Sales & Business Development


* Develop and execute national sales strategies for livestock products.

* Achieve sales targets, market share, and profitability goals.

* Identify business opportunities in dairy, poultry, cattle, aquaculture, and feed sectors.

* Expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks across regions.

* Drive market penetration in rural and semi-urban areas.


### Channel & Customer Management


* Manage distributors, dealers, stockists, and institutional customers.

* Build strong relationships with veterinarians, feed millers, integrators, and farm owners.

* Conduct market visits and customer engagement activities.

* Ensure timely collections and effective credit management.


### Team Leadership


* Lead, motivate, and mentor regional and area sales teams.

* Set performance goals and monitor KPIs.

* Conduct product and sales training programs.

* Coordinate with technical and field support teams.


### Market Intelligence


* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

* Analyze customer needs and industry developments.

* Provide market feedback for product improvement and marketing initiatives.

## Qualifications


* Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Dairy Technology, or related field.

* MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

* Experience in livestock, animal nutrition, feed, or veterinary product sales.


## Preferred Industry Background


Candidates from Animal Nutrition, Feed, Veterinary, Poultry, Dairy, and Livestock companies will be preferred.
