Job Description – SR EXPORT EXECUTIVE

Location: Borivali

No. of Positions: 1

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

A Senior Export Executive oversees end-to-end international shipping and supply chain operations. They manage regulatory compliance, prepare pre- and post-shipment documentation, negotiate freight rates, and liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and overseas buyers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods

Key Responsibilities

1.Prepare and send export quotations to clients

2.Handle export shipment planning and documentation

3.Good Knowledge of FOB,CIF and export procedures is essential

4.Coordinate with Freight Forwarders and shipping agencies.

5.Market company products through emails and calls.

6.Build and maintain strong client relationships. 

7.Followup with clients and manage payment reminders

8.Prepare invoices and documentation in Tally

9.Knowledge of COA,E-way bill and bill lodgement required

10.Handle EEFC accounts reconcillation and export coordination


Industry-Chemical/B2B

Salary-30,000 to 35,000 or as per last drawn.

Experience- 3 to 4 years
