Hiring: Team Leader (Quick Commerce – Amazon Project)


Company: Avillion Enterprise Pvt Ltd

Location: [Western Zone – e.g., Mumbai ]


Role: Team Leader (TL) – Delivery Operations


Key Responsibilities:


Recruit and onboard delivery associates (bikers) for last-mile operations

Manage daily attendance, shift planning, and rider productivity

Ensure SLA adherence and smooth operations for Amazon quick commerce

Handle ground-level issues and maintain retention of delivery associates

Coordinate with operations team and client SPOCs


Eligibility Criteria:


Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics / quick commerce / last-mile delivery

Strong experience in bulk hiring of bikers/riders

Good leadership and problem-solving skills

Local area knowledge is preferred


Salary: ₹30,000 per month
