**Job Title:** Purchase Executive

**Experience:** 2–3 Years

**Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

### **Job Summary:**


We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchasing operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery to support business operations efficiently.

### **Key Responsibilities:**


* Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors

* Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate cost-effective deals

* Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)

* Maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors

* Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials

* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments

* Ensure quality standards of purchased goods are met

* Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details

* Coordinate with accounts for invoice processing and payments

* Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities

### **Requirements & Skills:**


* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field

* 2–3 years of experience in procurement / purchase role

* Strong negotiation and communication skills

* Knowledge of vendor sourcing and supply chain processes

* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (preferred)

* Good analytical and organizational skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
