3. Role - Oversee production of rubber based products on the shop floor

8 . Add Skills - Rubber technology, - Strong knowledge of rubber compounding and mixing processes

 Understanding of gasket sheet calendaring, mixer process.

 Ability to oversee day-to-day shop floor production activities

 Experience in handling rubber curing / vulcanization processes

 Knowledge of production planning and scheduling

 Familiarity with raw material handling and batch control

 Understanding of quality control standards and testing methods (hardness, tensile strength, elongation, etc.)

 Ability to monitor and control production parameters and process optimization

 Experience in reducing rejection rates and improving productivity

 Knowledge of machine maintenance coordination and troubleshooting

 Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM practices

 Strong understanding of safety standards and shop floor compliance

 Ability to manage manpower and shift operations

 Good problem-solving and analytical skills

 Knowledge of ISO standards

9. Education – BSC / Mechanical Engg Degree

10 Candidate Industry –Rubber manufacturing, Sugar mill, Paper mill, boiler operations.
