*Position:* Head – ERP & IT

*Location:* Bandra (East), Mumbai

*Salary:* Up to ₹15 LPA

*Experience:* Minimum 15 years in Real Estate, Construction, or Contractor industry with hands-on ERP implementation and IT department leadership.


*Key Responsibilities:*

- Lead strategic ERP implementation across the organization. *Strategic ERP software* knowledge will be prefer 

- Establish and manage the complete IT department (hardware, software, network, and security).

- Drive 100% organization digitization by year-end.

- Oversee IT infrastructure and ERP systems for all divisional sites across Maharashtra.

- Ensure robust IT governance, data security, and compliance.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology with business goals.

- Provide training and support to teams for smooth technology adoption.

- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements.


*Requirements:*

- Proven experience in ERP selection, implementation, and optimization.

- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity.

- Leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing IT team.

- Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.

- Six-day work week, result-oriented, positive, and growth-focused mindset.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
