Maintenance Supervisor Role :  

1)  Edu – ITI form good premium institute Mechanical/Electrical 

2)  Exp - 4 to 6 years 

3) Salary Range - 3 to 3.4 lpa , 

4) J.D - They need to manage employees , assign task and oversee performance during shifts, Supervisor should ensure staff attendance within the dep , maintain productivity , complete task, ensure customer satisfaction, oversee equipment safety and schedule regular maintenance.  

5) Required Category - Tech Textile specializes in compression packing, fluid sealing, mechanical gland packing and other thermal insulation product knowledge 

6) local candidate having his own vehicle as need to come in any of the shifts


7)  Inventory & Budgeting: Monitoring stock of materials/tools, ordering replacements, and assisting with maintenance budgets.


8) Leadership: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills
