Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to handle student enquiries, promote our education programs, and support the admissions team. The role involves making outbound calls, responding to incoming queries, and guiding students/parents through the course and admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from the given lead database.

• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, and admission process.

• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses.

• Follow up regularly with leads to ensure timely conversions.

• Schedule counselling or demo sessions with the admissions team.

• Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up data.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

• Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and student queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, Marathi.

• Confident, polite, and good at building rapport over phone.

• Ability to explain course details clearly and handle queries patiently.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM entry).

• Target-oriented mindset with good follow-up discipline.
