Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, presentable, and highly motivated Female Showroom Manager / Project Assistant to oversee daily showroom operations, coordinate projects, and act as the face of our brand. The ideal candidate will excel in guest relations, event organization, and social media content management while bringing creativity and professionalism to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring an exceptional experience.

• Manage and coordinate daily showroom activities.

• Act as a Client Relations Executive and brand ambassador.

• Coordinate between departments for smooth project execution.

• Plan, organize, and host events as a speaker or presenter.

• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms.

• Maintain the showroom’s visual appeal and brand standards.

• Handle client inquiries and follow-up communications.

• Provide creative inputs for marketing and promotional activities.

• Support the management team with administrative and project-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Female candidate, immediate joiner preferred.

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Creative mindset with event management experience.

• Proficient in social media handling and content creation.

• Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
