Job Description – IT / Systems Manager


Experience – 10`+ years’ experience in IT/System Management preferably from QSR background


Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Programming, Computer Science or related field.


Responsibility Deliverable -


Smooth functioning of POS across all the regions

Easy installation and operations in POS

New initiatives/points for development in POS

Integration of online digital platforms with POS

Integration and easy functioning of Loyalty program in POS

Generation of Error free Monthly reports

Timely resolving Tickets for the department

 


Tasks & Activities - 


POS(Petpooja) Functioning

Ticketing (response within 5min and resolution within an hour.)

New Store POS installation

POS Development (Frond End & Backend development)

POS Points Finalization & Execution


Softwares Knowledge - 

Petpooja

Sangam CRM

Sales Babu CRM

Magicinfo


CTC - Between 10 to 12 LPA
