 Handling All HR work on regular basis

 Attendance & Leave Management   Monthly Payroll (Salary) Calculation

 Take care of Statutory Compliances   Recruitment & On boarding Process, Joining formalities

 Coordinating for Performance Appraisal

 Handling complete process of Full & Final Settlement of Employees

 Handling daily office Admin Work

 Grievances Handling

 Planning for Events, Fun activities & celebration

 Additional work assign by company Directors
