Job description

The primary responsibility is to enhance the sales within the area.

 

The position includes the following objectives and activities within the area:

· Grow sales and profitability.

· Actively target current and potential end users, primary the Indian Armed Forces and First Responders ( Fire Departments / NDRF )

· Conduct key account management with key customers.

· Lead the Inside Sales and Service team in Mumbai.

· Co-ordinate and support Make in India activities.

· Communicate effectively with the headquarters in Sweden and other companies in the Ocenco Group.

 

Profile

The sought profile of the position is as follows:

· Education: Bachelor or Master degree.

· Work experience: Several years of successful sales experience in a highly competitive and complex marketplace, including public tenders.

· Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi and a local language.

· Technical experience and understanding.

· Experience of navigating in complex and bureaucratic procurement organizations.

· Being a team player with high social and communication skills and at the same time be able to work independently.

· A strong inner drive to succeed and manage new challenges.

· Well organized and structured.

*Salary: CTC Rs. 36 Lakhs to 48 Lakhs PA*
