Preparation and review equipment qualification document.

Preparation and Review Cleaning validation protocol and Report.

Preparation and review validation master plan.

Preparation and Review of HVAC validation summery report of the validation activity.

Review and executed qualification documents.

Verification of planned preventive maintenance schedule of engineering department w.r.t implementation and execution.

Initiation of Deviation, Change control, CAPA w.r.t above subject.
