- Managing End to End Mumbai Operations for Amazon Fresh business 

- recruitment of supervisors for Amazon hubs 

- Ensuring recruitment of delivery boys across all hubs 

- Ensuring reviewing of day to day performance at delivery associates level 

- Managing Amazon stakeholders
