Channel Partner Sourcing Specialist – Marketing

EXPERIENCE : 2-7 YRS

Role Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious marketing professional with a strong understanding of Channel Partner engagement and sales to drive CP sourcing and business growth. This role offers high earnings, lucrative commissions, and extensive networking opportunities, all while working with a brand trusted for over 15 years.


Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and manage key CPs to drive sales and business expansion.

Business Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to unlock new CP partnerships and market opportunities in Khopoli.

Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with CPs to maximize revenue and deal closures.

Market Insights & Positioning: Stay ahead of industry trends and position SVB Realty as a leader in luxury plotted development.

Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven expertise in channel partner sourcing, business planning, and sales.

Communication: Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.

Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute innovative business plans.

Industry Knowledge: Real estate and luxury development experience is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Bonus: Prior experience in the field will be highly valued.
