As a Freelancer, you will be expected to work on a project-by-project basis. Your main responsibilities will include Sourcing the Candidate and Schedule Interviews and follow-up till the payment.  And you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work within the given deadline.


In this role, you will report directly to the Under Signed and work closely with other members of the team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.


The compensation for the Freelance recruiter NON BPO 

1) Daily you need to source 6 resumes at least. (for months 120 resumes) on average

2) 6 positions to be closed in a month Minimum.

3) you will be paid an amount of Rs 15,000/- as compensation after you reach 8TH  position. 

4) Closing the position means the candidate has to join or at least the offer letter must be released by the company.

5) for BPO we need 15 closures to get salary of 15000/- per month
