JOB DESCRIPTION/ ROLE

POST: Business Development Executive - Sales

Qualifications: Graduate  

Age: 21-26 Yrs

Communication: Must know English, Hindi & Marathi 

Procedure for joining : Aptitude test will be conducted by the Authorized Branch. 

Qualified candidates in the Attitude test will have to go for 1week Training by the Bank. Selected candidates will be given offer letter.

AREA OF WORK

1. Selling bank and third-party products to new customers like opening of current account, saving account, term deposit, insurance, mutual funds, loans, etc. 

2. Conducting marketing activities and traveling locally to meet new customers. 

3. Contacting existing customers for deposits and other bank products. 

4. Achieve sales target. 

5. Complete all learning activities conducted by the bank.

PROCESS

1. Online ASA Test @ Axis Bank   2. Letter of Intent by Axis Bank and Trainning schedule.

3. On line Asa training    4. Post Trainning Assessment.

5. Appointment  letter to candidate.

Salary:  CTC : 2.60 Lakhs P.A ➕️ incentive
