EXPERIENCE : 3-6 YRS

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client briefs and suggest creative fragrance ideas, either from the existing library or by collaborating with perfumers. Manage fragrance selection or development to win client projects and meet in-house requirements. Set overall fragrance direction, evaluate submissions, and provide constructive feedback to sales and perfumers. Coordinate with teams like Sales, Marketing, Market Research, Applications, and Technology to meet project needs.

Join sales teams in client meetings when needed to present and discuss fragrance solutions.

Requirements:

A degree in Science (Cosmetics, Perfumery, or Fragrances) or a related postgraduate qualification. 

At least -- years of experience in fragrance evaluation.

Ability to manage client expectations and work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are a plus. Knowledge of global key brands and customers in Fine Fragrance. Ability to inspire teams in Perfumery, Marketing, Technology, and Sales with creative ideas.

This role combines creativity, technical knowledge, and client interaction, ideal for someone passionate about fine fragrances and market trends.
