 Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

 Implement innovative sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates.

 Candidate Screening and Assessment:

 Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and experience.

 Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest in available positions.

 Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
