EXPERIENCE : 4-6 YRS 

 Qualification : T.Y. B.com or M.com (Any Specialization in Commerce)

 Salary : 30K TO 40K

 Time : 10 AM To 6 PM 

JOBPROFILE:   GST  /  Audit’s  /  Balance Sheet & Finalization   Proprietorship Firm Accounting

 To carry day to day financial operation activities & its recording in Accounting software.   Maintain Bank Related work and Update bank Reconciliation as per Bank Statement on monthly Basis.

 Preparing invoices in Tally Software like Sales Invoice, Purchase Invoice. Making. Delivery Challan, E-Way Bill, Proforma Invoice, Journal vouchers Booking Entries.

 Day to day expenses & Payment Entries in Tally Software.  GST Online payment and GSTR3B Filling & GSTR 1 Filling Monthly /Quarterly.

 TDS Working. /  TDS Payment. /  PTEC & PTRC Payment. /  Payroll.  Prepare RTGS, NEFT and Fund transfer letter. Depositing Cheque and cash in various A/C.

 Handle petty cash statement. Petty cash entries in Tally as well as Excel format.  Assist in the processing of balance sheet.   Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.

 Cheque and voucher preparation.   Monthly payments of various bills of Telephone and electricity.

 Update payment & receipt entry on daily basis.   Follow-up the debtors Payment.

 Updating Register Entry as well formatting daily Staff Attendance registers.   Handling Documents Filing systems.
