What the candidate will be doing: 

Ø  Handling of the compliances with respect to Private Limited Companies, LLP such as maintaining of statutory register, Minutes, Notices and Share Certificates.

Ø  Incorporation of Company, LLP, Partnership Firm.

Ø  Drafting of various agreements such as Partnership Deed, Rent Agreement, MOU

Ø  Filing of the trademark application, MSME application and license under the Shop and Establishment Act

Ø  Filing of various e-forms on the MCA portal

Ø  Handling event-based assignments of the Company

Ø  Any other work assigned on a day-to-day basis.

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Work From Office)

Salary Range: 3.6 – 4.8 LPA

Qualification: Graduate + CS dropout or semi-qualified

Reporting to: Vice-President
