Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the efficient and effective operations of our retail establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring an excellent customer

experience. Responsibilities:

1. *Team Leadership:*

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of retail staff. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. - Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback. 2. *Sales and Revenue:*

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Monitor and analyze sales trends, adjusting strategies as needed. - Ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand. 3. *Customer Service:*

- Uphold a high standard of customer service. - Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively. - Train staff to provide exceptional customer experiences. 4. *Inventory Management:*

- Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment and regular audits. - Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility. 5. *Operational Efficiency:*

- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. - Optimize operational processes for efficiency. 6. *Financial Management:*

- Monitor and manage the store budget. - Track expenses and revenue, providing regular reports to upper management. 7. *Health and Safety Compliance:*

- Enforce health and safety regulations within the store. - Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.
