Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering to join our dynamic team. Whether you're a recent graduate withaBE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering or an experienced professional, we welcome applications from candidates with a passion for on-site engineering activities. Key Responsibilities:

1. *Site Inspection and Supervision:* - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. - Supervise and coordinate construction activities to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.

 2. *Technical Support:*  - Provide technical support to the construction team, addressing any mechanical engineering-related queries or challenges. - Collaborate with project managers and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve on-siteissues promptly. 

3. *Quality Assurance:*  - Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship. - Conduct inspections and tests on mechanical components to ensure they meet project specifications. 

4. *Documentation and Reporting:* - Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and inspection records. - Generate regular reports for project managers and stakeholders to communicate project status and achievements. 

5. *Collaboration with Stakeholders:* - Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. - Foster positive working relationships to enhance communication and cooperation on-site.

 6. *Safety Compliance:* - Enforce and adhere to safety protocols and regulations on-site. - Identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective measures to maintain a secure working environment.
