HR Recruitments: -

1. Handling End to End Recruitment Cycle. 2. Sourcing relevant profiles from multiple job portals

3. Screening and skills assessment as per the job requirements. 4. Scheduling, Follow-up, Coordination with candidate to ensure show-up and feedback from interviewer. Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

5. Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop relationships and to understand overall needs and requirements. 6. Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Manager’s. 7. Finding graduate colleges in the region for fresher/campus hiring 8. Making the joining formalities. Co-ordinating with consultants

9. Taking the follow-up for documents. Maintaining database of all candidates in excel sheet. 10. Maintaining MIS of all recruitment related details and credentials of each candidate sourced and interviewed.

 HR Back-office work: o Check Attendance, Leave , Holiday query as per company policy o To & Manage Labour law Professionals meeting make check list for ensuring timely

payments done for ESIC/PF/PT in co-ordination between accounts team and HR consultant.

 Administration work: o To ensure the office is clean. o To ensure Pantry items are available in co-ordination with office boys and all.o Travel tickets and Visa arrangement. o Maintaining Cash book
