For its Taxation team; it requires CAs who have proven expertise in Direct & Indirect Tax compliances. The role is across levels based on work exp.

Role specs :

A] Direct Tax:

- Transfer pricing  / - Tax return filing and handling tax audits  / - Tax compliance [including liasoning with tax consultant, tax authorities and attending tax assessments, tax notices]  / - Liaising with legal counsel for filing appeals before HC / SC.

B. Indirect Tax [GST]

- Strong expertise in GST laws & must be able to guide the various teams / depts on applicability of various GST clauses for new products / services introduced. 

- Filing of GST returns - Liaising with Tax consultants & GST authorities for replying to notices issued. - Assisting consultant & attending to tax proceedings

- Responding to GST related queries received from various depts. - Knowledge of ITC

Candidate specs:

- Chartered Accountants from a Bank / NBFC ONLY.

- Must have strong expertise in Direct & Indirect Taxation at mid / senior level
