Qualification/Requirements for Receptionist

Experienced MIN 2-5 YRS

Salary – Minimum Rs.15-25K per month (negotiable based on Qualification and experience)

Good command over English Language (Oral as well as writing skills)

Basic Computer knowledge and conversant with Windows Microsoft Office (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet)

Minimum Academic qualification-12th Std. 

Handling Board line at reception- receiving, transferring and making calls

Scheduling appointments with client – creating link for meetings if necessary (google meet, Teams, Zoom)

Greeting, welcoming and directing the client to a meeting room from the  reception
