We are looking for a Recruiter to support our Recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates within the timelines. Responsibilities include searching social networks and recruitment portal to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handling end-to-end recruitment including but not limited to obtaining the requirement from the hiring managers, preparing the JD, sourcing through various mediums, setting up and managing the coordination for all the rounds of interview.

Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential candidates

Building a pipeline of potential candidates through Industry Mapping

Maintaining complete records and MIS pertaining to sourcing and recruitment

Prepare and maintain HR Trackers, Candidate Database and Talent Pipeline

Desired Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have the combined knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be also responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our company's current and future staffing needs.
