Salary: 75k to 1 lakh per month

Job Summary:  We are seeking a talented and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team in Thane. The candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and a team player. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of accounting, taxation, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:  1. Prepare and maintain books of accounts and financial statements.  2. Ensure compliance with accounting and taxation laws and regulations. 3. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and reporting.  4. Analyse and interpret financial data and trends and communicate the results to senior management.

5. Coordinate and oversee the internal and external audit process.  6. Manage cash flow and prepare financial projections and forecasts. 7. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to accounting, taxation, and financial management.  8. Evaluate and recommend changes to improve financial systems and processes. 9. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all tax-related matters, including income tax, GST, TDS, etc. 10. Coordinate with external tax advisors and regulatory authorities as needed. 11. Prepare budgets and provide financial advice to senior management. 12. Manage the accounting team and ensure that all tasks are performed accurately and timely. 13. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. 14. Monitor bank transactions and reconcile bank statements. 15. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures. 16. Manage and oversee the financial closing process. 17. Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve revenue and profitability. 18. Maintain all statutory records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. 19. Work with IT staff to ensure accurate financial reporting. 20. Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

 Qualifications:  1. Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management. 3. Excellent analytical and communication skills. 4. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulations. 5. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
