Procurement Manager Expe.(8 to12Years)- 6.50lac to 10ac (Negotiable)

JOB PROFILE: ·         Smooth handling of Domestic & Import Procurement   ·         Develop, Plan, lead and execute purchasing strategies, implement existing sources

·         Sound knowledge of plastic industry, have good hand in procurement of Raw material, Chemical and Spares ·         Scheduling raw materials as per production plan, assess, manage and mitigate risks ·         Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms, strong negotiations on Price, freight cost and payment terms & Cost Control. ·         Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements of necessary documentation (Domestic & Import) ·         Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in supplie ·         Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand, strong co-ordination with Sales & Production. ·         Strong Co-ordination with Stores & Accounts for inventory control & maintain minimum stock level, co-ordination with all in-case of any rejection.  ·         Prevent Downtime, co-ordinate with vendor & transporter for timely delivery. ·         Identify ideal suppliers based on quality, cost and reliability . ·         Maintain a good rapport with the company's supplier. ·         Prepare, review and release purchase order in certain time frame.
