As the Head Supervisor at Factory, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production operations and ensuring smooth workflow. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.

- Planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize efficiency.

- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.

- Monitoring and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.

- Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Training and developing team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

- Collaborating with other departments, such as logistics and quality control, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of products.

- Managing inventory levels and coordinating with the procurement team to ensure adequate supply of materials.

- Analyzing production data and generating reports to track performance and identify areas for optimization.

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of production processes in the flooring industry. Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a profiling machine & Tooling Company manufacturing environment is preferred.
