EXPERIENCE: 5-6 YRS IN PHARMA API INDUSTRIES. 

SALARY : 20-30K

QUALIFICATION : DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING 

Overview The Maintenance Engineer will provide engineering support to Manufacturing to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems involved with day-to-day production operations. This role will monitor the day-to-day performance of the production departments. Additionally, the individual will develop, propose, implement and/or follow up on process and facility improvements involved in ongoing operations (e.g., variable cost, productivity, quality, reliability, and maintenance). Responsibilities

Ensure timely resolution of production issues as they arise.

Lead and/or participate in Kaizen / Structure Improvement events in their applicable client groups.

Drive engineering and production processes improvement utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles.

Provide on-the-job training to new mechanics on the technical aspects of the production.

Master technical production related competencies (e.g., understand production information, build/assembly processes, etc.).

Interface with cross functional teams (e.g., Validation, Engineering, Maintenance, etc.) to understand design issues and opportunities to improve production effectiveness and efficiency.
