Job description

Hiring experienced result-oriented -Project- Purchase -Executive/Coordinator for Mumbai location to Read, understand,  Prepare, estimate, submit & coordinate for Projects. Alongside Communicate with OEMs/Vendor/Clients / Stake Holders for Queries & Confirmation is to be handled. 

Industry Type --- Construction , MEP Contractor , Contracting Company , Service Providing Company , or any Similar Lines of Business of service and contracts.

Employment Type ----Full Time, Permanent

Education:  UG :Graduate in any Field, Diploma in Any Specialization. 

Key Skills

- Well Versed to Operate Excel and PowerPoint , Good English for communication and Most important is good communication Skill for working and coordination. - Project Reporting in terms of BOQ Purchase , Invoice Status , Delivery Challan / Waybill Records, and its Transportation. - Stock Status – Site and Warehouse and its complete record. - Reconciliation of Supply at warehouse and Site. - Coordination with stake holders of the project. - Preparing PI and Quotation for the Clients.( And its Record). - Able to arrange material , supply them on time and coordinate for end-to-end solution of the material management. - Knowledge of Commercial Laws and government norms is added advantage but should have basic knowledge. - Take care of payments of the Suppliers,  Negotiate Terms and their invoice is well updated in the system.  - Also making sure the invoices reach the client with acknowledgement and is well recorded in system. - New Vendors , Contractors, and Suppliers to be searched for better rates and better service. - Having Fair Knowledge of Tally would be added advantage.

 Anyone having little knowledge of Tendering  (Government ) / quotation / Performa creation or have worked would be great. ( Shall be looking for such a Candidate).

Loads of Common-sense , willing to work and attitude to explore.

Experience :  2 to 3 years. 

Fresher should have good computer and vocabulary skills English / Hindi.

Salary : As per experience and as per industry. 

Fresher 10 k to 12 K Max to start and Experience Maximum of 14 – 18 K.

Goregaon Office. Male / Female ( Female is preferable).
