The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmenting prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.

Responsibilities:  Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.

Identify new business opportunities to generate sales.  Develop a monthly sales strategy and meet the goals. Use sales tools and resources to find new sales leads and cultivate prospect relationships.  Explanation of the product to visitors in the showroom, including proper introduction and information  Getting testimonials and reviews after every successful delivery of the product. Daily and weekly sales updates are to be provided to the management. should know how to generate quotations and invoices. Managing compliance and providing after-sales support to the customers. providing proper information to the operations department for execution. should know to attract online and offline leads. keeping updated on the latest market trends and upgrading the sales strategy. Making a proper sales script and handling all the objections. Furniture sales experience is preferred.

Skills:   Sales CRM experience

Microsoft Office and Google Workspace  / Good Knowledge of Furniture Industry  / CAD knowledge will be an added advantage.  / Written communication skills. Language: Fluent in English & Hindi both, Excellent Communication Skills Verbal & Written. Dress code: formal

Working hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Leave will be granted only on weekdays and not on weekends. Only serious candidates' applications will be entertained. 

Salary Range: 20k- 35k, plus bonuses for meeting the monthly sales target.  (Because this is a high-ticket item, experienced candidates who understand how to sell can easily earn 1-1.5 lacs per month.)

Qualifications:  MBA, Interior or Architectural Experience, Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent, 3+ years' of sales experience with Furniture Selling Background
