Position Brief :  We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Project Manager to join our technical team. Your responsibilities will include executing new project sites, estimating-approving materials estimation, maintaining stock inventory, checking quality, scheduling and planning. Job Description for Project Manager:

1. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.  2. Planning and prioritizing manpower efficiently and motivating team across all sites. 3. Managing par stock inventory and documentation with specifications and technical evaluations needed to procure the equipment. 4. Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials, machinery and equipment commissioned at the location. 5. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts. 6. Executing as per technical working drawings and RCC drawings. 7. Planning work schedules and communicating any adjustments to internal/external team members and stakeholders. 8. Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders. 9. Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required. 10. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team. 11. Monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization, project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow and identifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing project risks, and ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued. 12. Ensuring that all the separate elements of the project fit together and are working towards a common aim.

Eligibility :  - Diploma in Civil Engineering or any Equivalent Technical degree or prior experience and knowledge of construction industry - Highly self- motivated and ambitious in achieving goals - Relevant experience of the real estate sector is highly desirable  - Preferred candidates from Mumbai

Experience:  - minimum 15-20 years 

Salary: ₹ 6 L.P.A.

Site handling and execution in medium/ large scale construction projects. (Preferably residential/commercial multi-storey apartments/ complex/ townships) - Experience in planning various activities of the projects, Resource planning, Cost planning & coordinating with all departments, micro-planning of preconstruction and construction activities. - Should possess the knowledge of all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions. 

- Knowledge of design & visualization software such as AutoCAD is preferred & advanced MS Office skills in must.

 

Working Days: Monday-Friday, 10:30 am -6:30 pm & Saturday, 10:30 am – 4 pm Application
