Job Description: Job Title: Product Manager – Retention and Success – Logistics Industry - Mumbai

Job Responsibility

1. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers for our logistics and shipping solutions 2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and pain points, and develop products and services to meet those needs 3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective acquisition campaigns 4. Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and use those insights to inform product development and marketing strategies 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners. 7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement. KPIs - DAU, MAU, Sign-ups, CPA, CRO. Key Skills: Key Skills:

4. Proven track record of driving growth and acquisition for products and services / 5. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques

Mandatory:

Experience in product management, retention, or customer loyalty roles / Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and logistics and shipping solutions preferred
