Job Responsibility

1. Social Media Management – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube with a focus on increasing customer engagement and reach through all channels  2. Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns as per calendar. 3. Online Promotion of offers, new launches & events via social media platforms & digital alliances 4. Creating reports on all marketing activities weekly, monthly and quarterly reports - Market research and experiment with unique marketing platforms and tracking best performing avenues 5. Media and advertising planning and execution 6. Liaison and assist the internal teams for effective execution of online 7. Influencer Marketing activities to increase reach & engagement of brand pages. 8. Making reels, live videos, posts as per latest trends 9. Digital Ads management and keeping track of ad spends, marketing budget to ensure optimum utilization 10. Quick thinking and innovative approach to increase brand visibility, reach and conversions 11. Ensuring the brand engages with the correct target audience 12. Social Media Listening and Online brand Reputation Management 13. CRM Management 14. Identify local events and forums for participation; stay abreast of geography & alliance level events that may be held in the region
