Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing end to end process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursals

• Leading a team of RM’s and CSM’s

• Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSA’s and Connectors

• Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market and tapping the underserviced segment leftover from banks

• Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels NPA sales and direct customer interaction

• Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flats

Key Skills: Key Skills: Good Communication skills

Mandatory: Looking for only HL/Lap experience

handling a team of 25 people and above or multiple branches or currently a senior manager / branch manager
