Job Location:

Malad (West), Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Gender : Female :

Female candidates preferred: Age: 20 – 40 years

Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented International Marketing Coordinator to support and expand our global business operations. The role involves handling international client communication, coordinating export marketing activities, and supporting sales growth across global markets.


Key Responsibilities:



Manage and respond to international client inquiries (email, calls, B2B portals)



Coordinate with global customers across regions such as Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Africa



Assist in export marketing, lead generation, and business development



Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product details



Maintain and update client database and CRM records



Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, documentation) for smooth order execution



Handle international documentation (basic export knowledge preferred)



Conduct market research to identify new global opportunities



Support participation in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and online campaigns



Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships




Skills & Requirements:



Excellent English communication (spoken & written) – mandatory



Knowledge of international business communication / export process is an advantage



Strong email drafting and presentation skills



Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)



Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment



Good coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills



Candidate should be presentable and confident




Preferred (Optional):



Experience: Fresher to 2 years (International sales/marketing preferred)



Knowledge of additional languages is a plus



Exposure to B2B or chemical/pharma industry will be an advantage
