 Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist with a dual focus on recruiting and compliance to join our HR team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring we attract top talent while maintaining full regulatory and organizational compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and select candidates for a variety of roles across the organization. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs.

2. Compliance Management: Ensure all hiring and employment practices align with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Conduct compliance audits and monitor adherence to standards.

3. Policy Development: Assist in developing and updating HR policies, particularly around compliance and diversity initiatives.

4. Training & Onboarding: Coordinate compliance

eligiblTraining & Onboarding: Coordinate compliance-related training sessions and ensure new hires complete all required compliance training during onboarding.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hiring processes, compliance checks, and employee certifications. Ensure all records are up-to-date.

6. Continuous Improvement: Stay current on HR compliance trends, industry best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, and recommend improvements.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruiting and compliance.

Familiarity with employment law, regulations, and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
