Requirement of BD & CS -Meeting Target: Valid Targets will be discussed as per Profile & Incentives will be Discussed Accordingly:-


1> Only Girls from Nearby Area of Western Mumbai.

2> Fluency in Spoken English.

3> Well Groomed Personality and Smart Casuals or Formal Dress Code Attire on Business Working Days.

4> They will be required to do out calling and business meetings with MNC clients and their Associates on daily basis and generate business leads for Events Business.

5> Creation of Power Point Presentation for Closure of Business in Liaison of Team.

6> Preparing and Presenting the Cost Sheet to Clients as per the Brief.


KRA:

1> Improve Team Sales Performance and Development of Sales Action Plans

2> Time Management and Reporting on sales performance on Weekly + Monthly + Quarterly

3> Create and submit proposals and responses to RFQs

4> Adherence to Company Policy with Outside Empaneled Vendors + Clients. 


Job Specific Activities on Timely Basis:


1> Contact List Building as per Industry Specification.

2> Content Creation: Email, Script, Follow-up Emails, & WhatsApp Campaign to be created and follow-up is to be made on daily basis.

3> Outbound Calls: Until desired Target is Achieved

4> B2B alignment for successful meeting execution

5> Multi-Touch Follow-Ups, need to Conduct unlimited follow-ups for deeper engagement.

2> Leads analysis by our Company to help Business Analysis.
